Sorry, we are currently only accepting orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. Virtual products can be ordered for download as usual.

Order Processing:
Most orders are sent within 24 hours or a few days, but please allow an extra few days for some orders, this is especially so if we need to research an unlisted name for you, or during very busy times. If we expect any delays we will contact you with details.

When ordering you can choose to create an account. This will allow you to check the status of your order from the My Account page. Occasionally a product may be temporarily unavailable for a short time and may be marked as ‘out of stock’.

Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal (including PayPal eCheques) and Bank Transfers. Please use the Shopping Cart system for ALL methods of payment.

Credit/debit card payments are processed securely either by Stripe or PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay with a debit, credit or (prepaid) payment card. Please note that payments through us / PayPal will appear as ‘WorldWide Plus’.

Bank transfer (or online banking) payments can be made using the standard ‘Faster Payments’ (2-3 hour processing) or BACS and CHAPS (up to 2-3 days processing). Our bank details will be provided from our website immediately after placing an order.

Postal Cost:
A £1.50 post and packing charge is added to A4 (or 10×8) paper orders, and £1.50 separately for padded envelopes for delivery within the UK (1st class) and £3.80 (£4.50 for postal tubes) for delivery to anywhere else in the world by Airmail.

Delivery:
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery in the UK and Airmail to countries outside of the UK.

Please note that currently we can only send paper products outside of the United Kingdom, i.e. A4 and 10×8 products in a hard backed envelope. Sorry, but items such as coasters, keyrings, fridge magnets, and mouse/place mats can only be sent to a UK postal address.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee:
Because the name history products we create and sell are personalised with names, dates and other information, and because of the time and research that goes into creating them, it’s not possible to offer refunds should you simply change your mind.

Although unlikely, should you receive a product that is displaying an error, please contact us. We keep a copy of all name history texts and content we create, so we will be able to check this and will then be able to immediately replace the product under our satisfaction guarantee, or you may request a refund in this instance. In addition, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the item received, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to alter to your satisfaction.

Where a refund is available and applied, we strongly recommend that you return items (if required) by Royal Mail Signed For® or use a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered returns. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned items.
